About Me.
Dr. Jennie Larry Johnson, dba Affirmations Notary Services, is a registered Texas Notary Public. She is a member of the National Notary Association and a NNA-certified Signing Agent. She accepts remote notary assignments using BlueNotary.com and completed its Blue Mastermind: Transformative RON Signing Agent Training & Certification. She also accepts remote and traditional notary assignments through Snapdocs. Dr. Johnson is also a member of the United States Notary Association and holds its Loan Signing Agent certification. Dr. Johnson's other public notary training includes completing both the Texas Traditional and Online Notary Training courses and the American Notary Association's notary training program. She earned certifications in Probate Law & Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, and Real Estate Investing from Texas State University. Dr. Johnson will graduate from Texas A&M University with a Master of Legal Studies in December 2026, having already earned certifications in Business Law & Compliance and Dispute Resolution.

Texas State University’s online Real Estate Law, Real Estate Investing, and Probate Law & Estate Planning certifications taught Dr. Johnson how to tackle common real estate and construction law topics as they pertain to the ownership of land, financing, easements, contracting issues, real estate transfers from wills and probate laws, and more.

Dr. Johnson developed proficiency in skills and knowledge that allows the individual to become a contributing scholar and practitioner in the instructional, educational, and learning technology fields- either in educational or corporate settings. Graduates of the PhD program work as faculty, instructors, teachers, instructional designers, directors of distance education, technology coordinators, and trainers, among other relevant professional occupancies.

Dr. Johnson learned how technology has shaped education and training, as well as discover how to create own online courses, implement learning technologies theory and practice, and have the option to develop a skill specialty through one of the four concentrations offered while completing this Master of Science degree program.
